Account Executive - National Team

• Understand needs and develop strategic partnerships to support marketplace businesses.
• Build and develop new account relationships as well as expand existing account relations and provide exceptional service to all active and prospective customers.
• Develop relationships with stakeholder and hiring managers at industry leading companies.
• Responsible for hiring & managing a full desk recruiter, and the performance of entire recruiting team and delivery of top talent in the market for clients.
• Prioritize the business needs of clients and meet commitments to provide the best candidates for their open positions.
• Responsible for building a strong network of passive and active candidates for hiring managers.
• Manage and develop a recruiting team by facilitating daily business goals, assisting in sourcing strategies, monitoring interview and screening process, and ensuring effective networking within local groups and universities.
• Review and evaluate resumes to determine qualifications of candidates based on job description criteria and select qualified candidates to present to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews at all phases of recruiting, which includes setting up phone interviews for all candidates.
• Manage offer process, including reference checks, salary negotiations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptances.
