Teaching is a new adventure; As a Personal Support Worker instructor, I get to walk alongside people at the very beginning of their journey into care. For many, this entry point shapes everything that comes next. It’s an honor to be there at that critical moment, empowering and building confidence. While I’ve stepped away from the bedside, my commitment to care hasn’t changed — it’s just evolving. I’m now leaning into leadership and innovation, exploring how we can build systems that support the people behind the scrubs. As a founding investor at ALYT, I’m helping shape tools that use AI not to replace the human touch, but to protect and prioritize it.
