In my previous role, I spearheaded the expansion of the company's web presence and e-commerce activities across Europe, Africa, and Asia. By coordinating an internal digital marketing team and collaborating with remote consultants, I successfully executed global and local marketing campaigns. My responsibilities included producing over 45 customer case studies, managing an annual marketing budget, and creating new year goals and project management plans. I also traveled extensively to prepare localized content, uncover new opportunities, and ensure our marketing efforts were culturally relevant.

During my tenure, I built a multi-country digital advertising program that significantly increased quality leads for the sales team. I founded and grew our social media channels to nearly half a million followers, managed an email marketing program spanning three continents, and implemented a Lead Management CRM for the sales teams. Additionally, I led product range rebranding projects, coordinated marketing rollouts for new product lines, and strategically planned local and global marketing initiatives. My work was instrumental in relaunching corporate websites in over 25 languages, ensuring our marketing efforts were both effective and efficient across diverse markets.

In my role, I developed and managed a comprehensive marketing program across the APAC region, reporting to management in Singapore, South Africa, and Taiwan. My key objectives were to increase market awareness, understand market needs, support local representatives with targeted campaigns, and maximize a tight budget.

I traveled extensively throughout Asia, maintaining constant communication with colleagues and collaborators in various countries. I produced over 20 customer case studies, managed an annual marketing budget, and created new goals and project plans each year. I implemented a multi-country digital advertising program, found local consultants to optimize campaigns, and used Adobe CC Suite for various marketing materials. Additionally, I established a Lead Management CRM for the sales team and managed our social media platforms and websites. This role required a high level of independence and initiative, allowing me to pursue corporate goals with minimal oversight.

I expanded the company’s Public Relations activities across Europe, Africa, and Asia, traveling extensively to develop effective communication strategies for reaching rural customers in remote regions. This role enhanced my skills in PR, international marketing, and strategic communication, allowing me to innovate and maximize outreach efforts in diverse and challenging environments.

I designed magazines, managed social media, and collaborated on video and website projects. I wrote articles and content for catalogs and a magazine with a distribution of 30,000. Additionally, I relaunched the nationwide customer loyalty program, enhancing customer engagement and retention. This role developed my skills in content creation, design, and digital marketing.

I founded and operated a freelance graphic design and video company, specializing in wedding videos, live event recordings, and basic motion graphics. I filmed weddings, recitals, sporting events, and produced promotional videos for businesses. Additionally, I provided basic website development services. This experience honed my skills in videography, graphic design, and client relations, while allowing me to manage multiple projects independently.

Additionally, I managed the premises in the owner's absence, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. I installed landscaping for new housing projects and renovated existing landscapes. My responsibilities included repairing, designing, and installing sprinkler systems, implementing best practices for functional and beautiful outdoor spaces, performing manual labor, coordinating teams, and maintaining client relations. This role enhanced my skills in landscape design, project management, and customer service.

Before founding Green Light Studio, I spent several years as a marketing manager for a sawmill manufacturer, where I oversaw the company’s growth into Europe, Africa, and Asia. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges that industrial companies have when expanding internationally.
