We developed a case management system from scratch, enabling students with disabilities to apply for extra support in their studies, but also for employees at universities to manage and maintain the support throughout the studies. The system has been a huge success and has been procured by 32 out of 37 Swedish universities and colleges, all of the major universities are using it.

I was responsible for managing the project and the product we developed. The project included the following stages:

- Identifying requirements
- Designing the system
- Building the system
- User & accessibility testing with employees and disabled students
- IT security testing
- Soft launch to a selection of universities
- Full roll-out 

The system was procured by 32 out of 37 Swedish universities and colleges. All major universities in Sweden have procured the system and still use it.
