Growing our user base to enable to effectively serve the increasing demand in the Philippines. 

Key Responsibilities: 
- Supply Growth - Lead overall supply growth, think of strategies on how to make the experience for our partner-drivers as seamless as possible
- Territory Management - help grow Cebu into a sizable market and ensure that it is never left behind versus manila. 

Key Projects
- Spend Optimization - ran experiments that allowed us to extract efficiency from the different user acquisition channels. This project shaped a regional framework for ops-lead acquisitions.
- Vehicle Solutions - launched pilot of different new ways of making access to vehicles easier for Filipinos through technology, partnerships and pure ops hustle. 
- uberCOMMUTE - tested out the viability of launching a car pool product for non-professional drivers in the Philippines, incentivizing cost sharing and less car usage. 
- Regional Support - launched a regional support framework that was scaled across all cities in South East and North Asia.

Operations and Logistics Manager

Transforming the Philippines Business by growing the cities. Moving from different roles within the Philippines allowed me to grow appreciation for the business as a whole.

Key Responsibilities include:
-  Marketplace Efficiency - spend optimization, product configuration, pick-up experience efficiency
-  Competition Tracking - understanding and benchmarking against different alternatives to Uber 
-  Expansion City Management - growing Cebu and ensuring that the user experience improves as we grow 
- Driver Acquisition - managed indirect acquisition channels to leverage positive experiences in attracting drivers into the platform
- Vehicle and Driver Solutions - looking over providing access to vehicles to eligible drivers and vv

Select Projects:
- Cebu - designed engagement frameworks, launched partnerships and defined promotions that would help grow Cebu. This included setting up a lot of processes from scratch and automating existing processes that were later re-applied to Manila.
- UberMatch - launch a matching service between vehicles and drivers which opened up an opportunity for drivers with no vehicles to earn on the platform. 
- Funnel Management - ran experiments in providing users carrots to move through the requirements to be able to drive on the platform.
