A demonstrated history of working across a multitude of award winning campaigns and brands, using my organisational skills and my creative eye and diplomacy. Responsible for running of the department, and pastoral needs of the team, alongside appraisals, resource management, new business pitches and leading recruitment. I am a trained mental health first aider and co-led the Mental Health steering group at my previous agency. I previously worked as a deputy head at McCann London shaping a department in order to continue to raise their profile whilst nurturing their individual talents, alongside managing the Mastercard Brit Awards Campaign. Prior to that I spent a large amount of my career at Leo Burnett where I moved from a mid weight to Project Director Level managing people, leading pitches and driving the internal women's network within the agency. Also awarded the prestigious IPA Woman Of Tomorrow award. BBH was my first agency where I learnt my trade as creative producer / project manager. I joined the professional network, Bloom UK, in Feb 2019 and adore being part of a change making group of women. I co-founded #Bloomwombs in Sept 2020 and was then asked to become part of the Leadership team for 2021 as Head of Membership for Bloom UK. I live in west london (born and bred) and enjoy hanging out with my little boy, food, travel, yoga, gardening, long walks, forests and the Sea.
