- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to understand their capabilities, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials, products and services to customers.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies, including managing the company's social media platforms, to generate leads and expand both supplier and customer network.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the company’s products and services requirements to effectively communicate their values to costumers also the company’s raw materials requirements to determine purchasing needs and evaluate supplier offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and favorable service terms.
- Prepare comprehensive tenders and requests for proposals source raw materials from different suppliers also preparing and presenting proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients to showcase the company’s products and services. .
- Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure efficient delivery products and services to customers and of raw materials from the suppliers to the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with business regulations and government agencies.
- Provide regular reports on supplier performance, market trends, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving any issues that arise.

-Maintaining accurate financial records including recording transactions,expenses and income. -Processing invoices and verifying their accuracy, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendor.
