I have been working in the international education sector in Asia for over 25 years. I specialize in individual/additional support needs, early childhood education, mental health in the classroom and response to intervention (RTI)/multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS). I hold a Master of Education Degree in Developmental Psychology, a Professional Diploma in Mid-Level Leadership in International Schools, and a Post Grad Diploma in Child Study and ECE. As a former nursery/early years practitioner, learning diversity/individual needs teacher and head of student support and learning enhancement, I fostered evidence-based holistic support through multidisciplinary collaboration. My career continues to centre on creating joyful, inclusive learning environments to help each student reach their fullest potential. I have successfully worked within Canadian, British, Common Core and IB frameworks; adapting to diverse contexts and supporting various learning needs. My strengths include responsive classrooms, personalized learning, research-based practices, and policy development. I am eager to continue my own professional development and contribute my expertise to educational communities that focus on diversity, collaboration, well-being, inclusivity, compassion, inspiration, and determination.
