Working alongside phenomenal leaders and talented individuals is one of the biggest highlights of being at FDC.

During my time at FDC, I have had the privilege to:

-Directly and indirectly, manage and strategise on over 200 international clients in various industries. 

-Help the company successfully scale to over 50 employees with over 100 clients under active management continuously.

-Manage the onboarding process and training of the account managers to onboard new clients.

-Help develop SOP's and frameworks to split the company into functional pods that run separately but in uniformity to benchmarks we established.

-Help develop an internal audit system that follows benchmarks on optimal performance KPI's for our client's accounts. 

-Help with the hiring, training and promotion of our employees. 

-Help develop and refine an internal CRM software with our head developer that the entire company uses to manage our clients. We plan to bring this CRM to market as a SAAS platform. 

-Help to create two new business units as a branch to our core LinkedIn business
