- Coach, mentor, frugal innovation evangelist and dot joiner collaborating closely with the leadership team and business to serve 10 000 families in underserved communities. Thought partners with teams across Europe, US, Africa and India trying to reach some of the same communities and allow access to quality education.
- Streamlined technology costs by understanding contracts, delivery and value to business. Eradicated unnecessary spend by collaborating with legal, finance and procurement.
- Extensive liaison with corporate finance to build a model approved by the Board to futureproof pipeline, whilst taking into account expected growth, attrition, cost of sale and scalability.

- Part of a specialist management team recruited to take bespoke employee benefit software product (BenPal) to South African market including knowledge transfer to a local team.
- Supervised implementation of technology and automation with clients and pension investment houses to allow rapid scaling of products, whilst ensuring it was compliant with all the relevant legislation.
- Education of customers and their employees investing in retirement products and employee benefits whilst reducing costs relative to market norms.
- Managed project to develop and test the localised offering with a third-party project team and internal offshore teams.
