Responsible for daily activities for AP including processing payments of all vendor invoices & expense reports.

Processing a minimum of 2,000 invoices per week in compliance with audit policies and procedures for 15 site locations across the US. 

Generate intercompany invoices and transfer of funds, create and maintain workflow processes, cross reference purchase orders

Responsible for account reconciliation, income statement analysis for trends and outlying data, along with monthly accruals and other reporting functions. 

Manage the corporate credit card program as well as oversee timely and accurate completion of annual 1099 filings. 

Organize implementation of new systems, policies, and procedures. Provide onboarding training for new employees on various accounting systems such as AvidXchange, Netsuite, and current CC company's website as well as company coding procedure for fixed assets vs expenses. 

Train, oversee, and approve AP work done by staff accountants. 

Control cash receipts. 

Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and intercompany departmental heads.

Guidance Counselor: 
Adhere to and support board policy, school guidelines, administrative rules and directives.

Athletic Coach:
Assesses player’s skills and assigns team positions.
Develops a regular practice schedule and organizes practice time to provide both individual and team
development.
Works with the athletics director in scheduling facilities for practices and competition.
Determines game strategy based on the team’s capabilities.
Monitors the academic performance of team members to ensure that eligibility requirements are met.
Follows established procedures in the event of an athlete’s injury.
Conferences with parents/guardians, as necessary, regarding the athletic performance of their student.
Follows state, regional, and district regulations governing the athletic program.
Follows established procedures for the proper care, maintenance, and requisitioning of equipment,
supplies, and uniforms.
Participates in special activities to include parent’s night, banquets, award nights, and pep assemblies.
Maintains eligibility forms, emergency data cards, insurance records, equipment inventory, and other
related records.
Models nondiscriminatory practices in all activities.
Attends staff development meetings, clinics, and other professional activities to improve coaching
performance.

Guidance Counselor & Athletic Coach

-  Working with mentally ill or developmentally disabled juvenile females who are chronically ill and violent
- De-escalation & crisis intervention 
- Provide individual counseling on an as needed basis to the students, to assist them with completing established goals and to develop social skills.
