After a working in estate agency for 10 + years, I felt that the personal touch was lacking in the industry and wanted my clients to have a transparent and personal service throughout their journey.

I only take on a hand full of clients so that I can provide full transparency throughout the process, from valuation, to viewings, offers and sales progression they will only be dealing with one person throughout the process.

I work in both Sales & Lettings across South West London, mainly focusing on the Battersea and surrounding areas.

- Canvassing for properties which include follow up calls, letter drops and using vizzi homes as a key tool for sourcing properties that are on the market or have fallen through, booking and shadowing on valuations.
- Banked £103,000 + in my first full year as an Estate Agent.

Trainee Sales Executive

General administrative support to the Lauristons Battersea team. This includes:

- Meeting and greeting clients face to face and over the phone.
- Registering applicants onto the Aspasia system.
- Providing excellent customer service as the face of the Battersea branch.
- Booking candidates in for bookings in the diary.
- Helping with the smooth running of the team.

This position involves:

Door to door marketing for a Home Improvement company within the building trade industry.

Promoting their free services to property owners in the nearby areas.

Building relationships alongside representing and building the company's brand identity by distributing leaflets and informing consumers of the company's services.

It’s that time of year again, where Christmas is over 🥹, and you have to go back to work and you are wondering 🤔 where or how you dispose of your Christmas tree?

If you live in the Battersea area, Wandsworth Council will be collecting trees 🌲 free of charge on your regular collection day Wednesday & Thursdays. So please make sure your Christmas trees are out the night before for collection.
