As a founder, I’ve incubated AI and Web3 projects, offering strategic consultancy during AI’s early development, well before ChatGPT. I led a SOLD OUT NFT collection from concept to completion, specialising in growth marketing for Web3 and AI, with a focus on user engagement. I built a community of 4K Discord followers and developed a native game that saw 64K NFTs engage within three weeks, gaining 20 subscriptions from other projects. I’ve since transitioned to consulting on AI-based engagement solutions, building scalable, cross-chain models and integrating Web2 marketing tactics to drive success in Web3.

• Created a community of 4K discord followers, then leading moderators to engage with the community.
 • Creation of a native game as an engagement tool - 64k NFT's played the game in its first 3 weeks, gaining 20 subscriptions from other project to use the game. Now opening the game cross chain into Hedera and Oasis, then plans for Solana and Eth. Now a subscription model to other projects on Cardano.
• Creation of staking platform service to other projects via a subscription model.
• Identified new trends in the web3 space and experimented with web2 marketing tactics to see what works in this new environment.

I lead the Marketing function; creating the omni channel annual strategy based on SEO strategy, segmentation of audience and creating useful and engaging content to define value for our customers. I am partnerships manager and love to connect with complimentary businesses.

University of East Anglia

This role in the philanthropy arm of the university allowed me to raise money and awareness for multiple campaigns, including prostate cancer research, childhood bone cancer research, student enterprise, scholarships, and creative writing. I worked on UEA's "The Difference Campaign" which completed in 2022 with £100M raised.

• Created engagement points to speak with and motivate potential, current, and lapsed donors to the University. Steered the development of an overarching strategy for these touchpoints for the donor community. 
• Grew donor membership and attendance at events - online and in person and grew post-event engagement. 
• Wrote and executed campaigns for email, printed brochures, and materials, press releases, and social media. Planned large-scale events moving these to online events through the pandemic.

Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure

Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure is an award winning adventure playground with life sized animatronic dinosaurs, animal enclosures and deer park catering for families with kids from 0-16 with park attractions.

In this role as Head of Marketing and Communications, I devised and implemented a strategic marketing plan by researching current and aspirational customers, looking at advertising spending, and reallocating to the most engaged touchpoints.

• Drove best commercial growth for the company through deployment of a long-term strategy of raising the demographic to a higher socio-economic group. 
• Introduced digital to the venue (new website plus back end google analytics attribution and conversions and and Facebook business manager for custom and look-alike audiences) and complete a full cycle of analysis - year over year, then set up a sales funnel with remarketing through digital ads and email campaigns (demand generation)
• Increased profitability as well as improved customer service and visitor experience by evaluating commercial structure of the company.
• Realised an increase of social media followers by 98%, website online booking by 197%, and visitor numbers by 27%.
• Assisted the company in exceeding commercial target for the year as well as increase in secondary spend.

A huge, award winning forest of family fun and outdoor adventure, with focus on storytelling (books associated with the park) and outdoor "offline" family time. Full of treehouses, zip wires, jungle bridges, Crocklebogs, Twiggles and Boggles, boat trips, marsh walks and all the joy of the natural world.

Covering Strategic Planning focusing on building the brand, reaching and converting more visitors to the park and spend per visitor. 

• Led strategic and operational marketing functions throughout the year to achieve:
  ◦ Best Year Ever- Visitor Numbers - important in terms of reach and acquisition.
  ◦ Best Year Ever- Spend per Visitor - important as proof of attracting the right visitors.
• Achieved 80% growth in social channels, a digital rebrand after website journey analysis, and project planning to implement a new highly converting website and mapped all the marketing and PR requirements for the launch of a new park in 2019.

As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager (maternity cover), I developed demand-generation plans for student recruitment through collaboration with key departments in the university.

• Created a viral video campaign "it started with a click" - 5 evergreen videos based on research and understanding of the target audience – science / maths focused programmes. These are still the most engaged videos in this audience 5 years on.
• Created story lines for prospective students - e.g. working with Lotus to create video case studies about the value of engineering at the University by working with partner organisations and businesses.

FXHOME Limited

FXHome (now acquired by Artilist) is a toolkit for creator to enhance their video projects through intuitive video, image and VFX editing software, and the biggest library of visual effects.

My focus was on strategically launching the Hitfilm free product and growing the audience into a paid subscriber model, all with a limited budget and team
• Created strategic partnerships with content creators and platforms where filmmakers show and promote their work, as well as creation of sales and marketing strategy, through digital campaigns, distribution networks and partnership agreements.
•  Developed a marketing and sales funnel for the products using mail chimp and Zapier (and several “if this then that” sequences before marketing automation tools were readily available in an affordable way).
•  Commercial growth KPI - grew the ARR by 80% and gained the first 500k subscribers to the product.

• Email Marketing - I created one of the top 10 email marketing campaigns in 2014 according to campaign monitor, evaluated on both reach and open rate.

Having formed the company in 2006, I was responsible for the entire business from accounting and budgeting, to sales strategy, growth and client management. Main long-term clients (+ 4 years) included Vodafone, Association of Colleges, Cisco and Caterpillar Logistics (MG Rover).

•	Vodafone delivering strategic conferences including Global Leadership team meetings, Partner conferences and Mobile World Congress involvement – a 60,000 person congress in Barcelona.
•	Association of Colleges - running public sector events, liaising with politicians and stakeholders as well as involvement in the 1500 person annual conference for 7 years running.
•	Cisco - across many internal teams as detailed below including Strategic Partner Alliances (Partner Sales Force) and Networking Academy (education).
•	Caterpillar Logistics - planning the international travel programme for 7 years including events in Shanghai, St Lucia, Rome, Barcelona.
