• Built and launched YogiPassX from 0 to 1, South Korea's first free delivery membership program in food delivery. Scaled membership program to ₩xT+ (~$xB) run rate with a cross-functional team spanning marketing, product, data science, and finance.
• Developed and implemented series of marketing and product experiments to optimize membership program growth, achieving positive unit economics and re-investment into additional benefits across price, promotions, and experience to accelerate revenue growth. As a result, membership accounted for xx% of the total P&L.
• Hired through Permira (a global investment firm with €77 billion in AUM) and worked directly with the Portfolio Group and C-suite to drive and accelerate growth. Yogiyo (요기요) is the second-largest food delivery app in South Korea, the world’s third-largest online food delivery market. Yogiyo was acquired by Permira, Affinity Equity Partners, and GS Retail from Delivery Hero in Q4'21.

• Leader of the DoorDash DashPass membership program outside of the US. Responsible for launching and growing in new countries. Achieved $1B+ run rate in <3 years, resulting in 50%+ of International GMV and achieved profitability with full P&L ownership.
• Built & managed International DashPass team across US/Canada/Australia spanning across Strategy & Operations, Strategic Finance, Product, and Marketing.
• Led the planning, launch, and management of national DashPass partnership to offer Royal Bank of Canada cardholders free DashPass for up to 12 months; resulted in the most significant market share gain in a DoorDash market from a single project. Followed up with a multi-year partnership with Amazon Canada where Prime members get a year of DashPass for free.
• Developed GTM of membership exclusive partnership with McDonald's in Australia & Canada, where DashPass is the only membership program with unlimited $0 delivery fees on McDelivery.

Uber

• Regional GM for Quebec/French Canada (2nd largest portfolio) with P&L ownership, focused on driving growth and profitability of the 3-sided marketplace across restaurants, eaters, and drivers. 
• Worked on various initiatives such as geo-segmentation and prioritization, establishing and operating pricing desk for enterprise and SMB merchants, strategic planning and analysis, and competitive response planning.

• Founding team member of Canada Life's Innovation Centre. Led invention and scaling of new businesses, design & deployment of digital products and experiences, and modernizing core technology for the 125+ year old company. Canada Life is Canada's leading insurance & wealth management company with C$125b+ in AUM.
• Co-led development and launch of Canada's first student debt savings program. Program enables employers to match student debt payments through retirement savings.
• Led launch of digital platform for small businesses and independent advisors. The new distribution channel allows small businesses and independent advisors to design and purchase group benefits & insurance online without having to schedule an in-person appointment.
