Oversee the strategic management of our content and community initiatives. Including leading social content creation, content operations, and acting as the central point of contact for contractors. I also contribute to our newsletter and blog when needed. 

On the community side, I am responsible for building, growing, and managing our community, collaborating with sales for growth, overseeing renewals, onboarding new members, managing group chat and forums, and delivering relevant content to our community. Additionally, I coordinate events and support Scot by identifying speaking opportunities, exploring syndication and business prospects, and managing Scot's schedule to align with content and community engagements.

Leading and managing oversight on building, architectural, and design project(s) on a day-to-day basis from the schematic design/conception phase through to design development, construction drawings, bidding/contract negotiation, construction administration and closeout phases. Responsible for  leading projects in developing design and construction documents for bidding and construction on multiple projects.

Managing company brand and strategy Payne Cole Designs, and a variety of other entities and properties. Lead a wide range of marketing activities, including deep research and intelligence gathering to identify client decision-makers and define client needs; strategy development; developing statements of qualifications, proposals, and interview presentations; etc.

I've been doing marketing project management as well as market analyisis work for over 3 years. From helping to over see our digital strategies as well as overseeing entire campaigns, I help define project objectives, project scopes, roles & responsibilities while leading the marketing and communication teams, ensuring projects are delivered to clients satisfaction. I also help maintain and guide a seven-figure marketing budget; managing department spending and advertising budgets, collaborating with marketing business partners and vendors to establish project timelines and appropriate funds. 

I manage and produce industry-wide competitive audits, inspirational audits, brand assessments, research analysis and management (qualitative and quantitative), as well as brand identity and brand foundation creation for healthcare system entities. I help create strategies to re-brand and re-structure the companies culture, while working closely with HR and third-party vendors to make sure these tactics are being followed through.

Responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the company’s General Manager. Their duties include supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, providing customer support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of a workplace.

During my time at Hagadone Corperation, I worked with high-level resort clients and their families on planning and scheduling special events at the resort. I coordinated hotel-wide childcare service for clients during stays; created care timelines and educational and experiential activities for children aged 1-13 years old. I also helped guide and assist training and mentoring of new team members, as well as colleagues in other departments, on customer experience best practices and communication.
