I work as the Business Owner of our new product offering. The team consists of 10+ members with diverse expertise in pricing, product marketing management (PMM), marketing, sales enablement, technology, design, and product ownership.


Impact:
My goal is to develop and launch new product offerings. This involves creating innovative products, defining service offerings, determining pricing strategies, implementing effective sales enablement initiatives, and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Started with multiple roles as examples: acting VP of Engineering, Head of IT, and Chief People Officer.

Built up talent processes, onboarding processes, HR administration, career development processes, and a manager training program.

Actively hired 100+ employees in 18 months. Improved employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) from +19 to +39 over a 12-month period.

Examples of achievements:

Successfully obtained ISO certification.
Established a development partner solution, resulting in half of our developers now being part of the program.
Introduced ESG targets, with a strong focus on climate-related initiatives.
Launched a new hiring hub in Berlin.
Implemented a new global HR tool.
Prepared the company for new ownership, undergoing due diligence and transitioning to new owners.

Work as a Engineering Manger for Star Stable Core team during a period when I worked with a Start up called ClimateView. I got the work due to contacts in the company. They needed a short term solutions to make things more stable in the Core team.

Responsible for UX team and team of researcher. Team was a global team of 11 people. I reported to CTO.

We implemented, trained and supported development teams in a user and research driven approach called Product Discovery. Combination of design, UX and research was a success tryout and is something I still implement.

In this role as an agile coach and process owners I am responsible for developing and managing Snow Software system development process for all development teams, globally. Development of the process involves both long-term efficiency enhancements in the form of identifying improvement actions, but also more hands-on work like facilitate workshops and documenting processes and procedures.

In the role I also act as mentor and coach and work together with the chief of the department to create a transparent and agile process with continuous deliveries, high pace and high customer satisfaction. 

I work together with our Configuration Manager to ensure that the development process are “as much as possible” automated, which also including "continuous integration" and "Continuous delivery" as methods.

Innovation, ownership, commitment, entrepreneurship and a clear focus on customer value will characterize the teams and the entire organization. I contribute actively to Snow Software's culture by continuously develop the skills of employees, have a coaching leadership and actively give and receive feedback. Snow's modern development process is a part of the culture and facilitates the recruitment and "Employment Branding".

I worked as a Scrum Master. My task was to develop the project methodologies, review existing tests and requirements processes. Implement new project management tools and planning and deliver the ongoing project.

Team Lead

I worked as a manager with responsibility for planning and conducting tests in a number of Extenda´s new development projects. The job also includes responsibility to make sure that the test environments functioned as planned and that they were updated with the latest supplies continuously. 

This also included ensuring that relevant test data was available. I have been responsible for release management at the end of the project and develop new better ways to handle releases. In have worked to implement and improve the processes in the form of an introduction of test automation and virtual servers. 

When customers have had questions, find defects, I have taken care of these issues, evaluated and examined their defects and then talked to the developers and gave the customer feedback.

The work was done in Scrum and I had over a period the responsibility for planning and carrying out daily Scrum meetings, sprint demos and sprint retrospective. I also got thanks to my knowledge in the Agile field helping Extenda in further developing the method Scrum and trained the team and the customer in Scrum methodology, and supported other employees of the methodological issues. I have been given responsibility to work as Project Manager for a few months when our project ended. 

Furthermore, I am working to improve the testing process which involves the introduction of the methods Exploratory testing and SBTM. To accomplish this, I run workshops to gather information from all stakeholders and disseminate knowledge of the methods.
