For the people team with HR BP, payroll, hiring, office and strategic people planning.

I work as the Business Owner of our new product offering. The team consists of 10+ members with diverse expertise in pricing, product marketing management (PMM), marketing, sales enablement, technology, design, and product ownership.


Impact:
My goal is to develop and launch new product offerings. This involves creating innovative products, defining service offerings, determining pricing strategies, implementing effective sales enablement initiatives, and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Started with multiple roles to rebuild and grow Netigate. My roles was acting VP of Engineering, Head of IT, and Chief People Officer.

Built up talent processes, onboarding processes, HR administration, career development processes, and a manager training program. Hired and grow the development teams. 

Actively hired 100+ employees in 18 months. Improved employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) from -19 to +39 over a 12-month period.

Examples of achievements:

Successfully obtained ISO certification.
Established a development partner solution, resulting in half of our developers now being part of the program.
Introduced ESG targets, with a strong focus on climate-related initiatives.
Launched a new hiring hub in Berlin.
Implemented a new global HR tool.
Prepared the company for sale to get new ownership, undergoing due diligence and transitioning to new owners.

The company has scaled from locations in Stockholm and Umea to more than 6 places, currently employing over 65 people. With new majority owners and a solid foundation, we are ready to go global. This led me to decide that it was time to take the next scale-up.

Work as an Engineering Manger for Star Stable Core team during a period when I worked with a Start up called ClimateView. At ClimateView we did not take our any salary so worked part time here. All parties was all aware of the set up.

I got the work due to contacts in the company. They needed a short term solutions to make things more stable in the Core team.

Team was 8 people. I had staff responsibility and supported in hiring, development talks and roadmap planning.

Responsible for UX team and team of researcher. Team was a global team of 11 people. I reported to CTO.

We implemented, trained and supported development teams in a user and research driven approach called Product Discovery. Combination of design, UX and research was a success tryout and is something I still implement.

In this role as an agile coach and process owners I am responsible for developing and managing Snow Software system development process for all development teams, globally. Development of the process involves both long-term efficiency enhancements in the form of identifying improvement actions, but also more hands-on work like facilitate workshops and documenting processes and procedures.

In the role I also act as mentor and coach and work together with the chief of the department to create a transparent and agile process with continuous deliveries, high pace and high customer satisfaction. 

I work together with our Configuration Manager to ensure that the development process are “as much as possible” automated, which also including "continuous integration" and "Continuous delivery" as methods.

Innovation, ownership, commitment, entrepreneurship and a clear focus on customer value will characterize the teams and the entire organization. I contribute actively to Snow Software's culture by continuously develop the skills of employees, have a coaching leadership and actively give and receive feedback. Snow's modern development process is a part of the culture and facilitates the recruitment and "Employment Branding".
