I serve as the Northern California Liaison for the California Consortium for Behavior Analysis (CCBA). This group is dedicated to the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). CCBA promotes the highest standards of behavior analysis, community awareness, training, research and business practices, and monitors legislation that impacts the practice of applied behavior analysis.

Kyo (Formerly Gateway Learning Group)

Serve on leadership management team and oversee team of 100 + staff to maintain company culture and establish strength in core values across regional teams. Collaborate with community resources to expand the reach of services.

Senior Regional Director 

Oversee all operations of the East Bay Region, including, but not limited to: hiring of staff, policy implementation, caseload allocation and management, stakeholder relations, marketing, outreach, event planning, scheduling, and clinical management and oversight. In addition to regional director duties, provide effective mentorship to new Gateway regional directors. Responsibilities include but not limited to, coaching of successful outreach strategies and payer/community relationship development, supporting the development of professional skills required to be an effective manager and to enable achievement of regional and company-wide goals.

Regional Director and Expansion Mentor 

Supervise and train clinicians, therapists and caregivers on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis while providing ongoing feedback and evidence-based support. Provide direct feedback to Behavior Technicians, design individual client programs and ensure goals are met. Attend monthly department meetings and design professional development training materials for staff including topics of Assessment Tools, Prevention Procedures, Behavior Management Principles and Crisis Management Techniques.

Behavior Analyst

Applied Behavior Consultants

Behavior Consultation: Provide behavior consultation and intervention services across a variety of settings including homes, public schools, and adult day programs.
Conduct and write behavioral, functional, and skills assessments and develop individualized programs. 
Supervise and train in-home therapists, adult day program staff and parents on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis while providing ongoing support and feedback. 
Participate in IEP/ISP meetings, and make data based decisions to modify programs. 
Communicate and collaborate with case managers, school personnel, parents, and adult day program administrators.  
Oversee the quality of each program and conduct performance reviews on in-home therapists. 
Attend monthly department meetings and design professional development training materials.

Trainings: Create and present various trainings to staff and clinicians. Topics include: "Review: Step to Independence" "Review: The VB Mapp" "Review: The Pyramid Approach to Education" 

Train group home staff on topics such as: Data Collection, Contriving Opportunities, Prevention Procedures and Recognizing Antecedents. 

BCBA Supervision: Provide feedback to supervisees on various ABA cases. Discuss readings and articles to provide evidence based support.

Behavior Consultant

Applied Behavior Analysis: Worked 1:1 with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Conducted lessons through utilizing incidental learning strategies and discrete trial training.
Experienced with the applications of PECS, task analysis and shaping techniques.
Maintained organized data collection systems by taking trial by trial data and identifying goals that needed troubleshooting.

Jaggo Ayeea 

Founded and operated cultural school, teaching traditional Indian folk dance, reading, writing and speaking Punjabi language to children ages five to fifteen, by exploring and retaining culture/ heritage. Organize cultural shows, choreograph dances, plan costumes and handle backstage preparation.

Oversight and supervision of a professional office environment, performing excellent organization skills and multitasking to meet deadlines. Duties include the management of real properties, including management of public relations, marketing and sales for JK Brokers. Generate leads, acquaint landlords and tenants with general information.

Education Station

Reading instructor for elementary grade students, teaching reading and comprehension. Conducted pre and post assessments to gauge student development levels as well as provide on-going formative and summative assessments of student achievement. Applied basic teaching techniques to manage classroom behavior and maintain smooth, constructive instructional periods. Recorded student progress and met with parents to make recommendations to enhance student success.
