• Designed, developed, and implemented course instructional materials for adult learners to achieve at least a 95% learner passing rate (topics included: Organisations, Global Leadership, Sustainability, Business & Marketing, Media, Urban Design and Development) 

• Used the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework to design effective online and blended learning experiences with an average favourability rating of 4.5/5.0

• Analysed historical learner data to identify Student Learning Outcomes and evaluated learning with formative and summative assessments to increase learner achievement

• Prepared learners for presentation assignments and assessed learners’ interpersonal and intrapersonal skills

• Designed and developed teaching materials and guidelines for course facilitators

Curriculum Developer/ Educator 

The Western Australian International School System (WASS)

• Used the UDL framework to design, develop and manage learning experience projects and facilitator guides

• Supervised and coordinated the implementation of projects by a team of 25 facilitators with an adoption rate of 90%

• Provided feedback and training

• Used performance review measures to assess the success of projects and identify areas where additional training was required

• Organised and delivered both in-house and external trainings that improved employee performance

• Organised the purchase of equipment and resources and reduced project cost by an average of 15%

• Designed, developed, and implemented mathematics and science courses for adolescent learners and achieved an average of 92% learner passing rate
