The internship focused on healthcare education analytics - using surveys and program data to track KPIs, uncover insights, and guide data-informed improvements for Accreditation and Quality Improvement Department of  Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. 

-> Built Tableau graduation questionnaire dashboard evaluating program quality against national benchmarks, gauging feedback from exiting classes. Provided comparison vs. college norms. Constructed matriculating student dashboard analyzing background, experiences and interests of incoming students. Established baseline for tracking changes throughout medical school.

-> Developed a machine learning Random forest model to identify key predictors of medical student exam study behavior and patterns. Used  feature importance analysis to determine the most influential variables related to passing vs failing of a student at the  Step 1 exam. Model insights enabled recommendations to improve student preparation and outcomes for future

As a data analyst at Lowe's, I worked closely with cross-functional teams to optimize user engagement and understand experience trends to optimize site architecture and navigation of lowes.com website,  android and iOS Application 

●Tracked and analyzed website traffic and visitor behavior using Adobe Analytics to identify areas of the website and app  to identify users drop off or abandon their sessions which helped with decrease in cart abandonment rates by  optimizing the checkout process based on user behavior analysis. 
● Collaborated cross-functionally with product team and UI/UX team to gain insights into user journeys, including page views, click-through rates, and conversion paths resulting in increase in average session duration through targeted content placement and improved navigation. 
● Performed A/B testing on personalized push notification data for Android and iOS apps to increase baseline cart-to-checkout ratio
●  Measure key conversion funnel stages to reduce friction and boost desired goals.
●  I built front-end dashboards using Superset and Adobe Analytics and utilized Apache Hive and Trino as cloud databases.
