I'm a Physician who realized that a lot of people have no clue about the body, how it works and what to put inside of it. Too many of us are killing ourselves and struggling from completely preventable conditions because we lack knowledge, we don't understand the jargon and we use Google to advise us. So, my business partner and I decided enough was enough. We chose to combine our skills and teach the masses about health. Alecia Porter-Bent (CEO & Co-Founder) is a social media expert, personal brand strategist and an excellent copywriter and I'm a MD, Professor & Lifestyle medicine practitioner. Together we help teach the masses in a way that is simple and entertaining.
