Past Achievements Prior to OutScout, I spent 8 years at Abercrombie & Fitch managing a $250M product portfolio across 120+ SKUs. I led a turnaround of a struggling department, doubling sales in two years by stabilizing a sales decline, identifying key product wins, and scaling them aggressively.
