Involved in the application of Aviva's Procurement & Outsourcing Standard within Aviva Investors. Primary driver of team rebrand to include Sustainability within our Supply Chain also ensuring necessary oversight of our 3rd Parties and Suppliers in-line with PRA & FCA guidelines/regulations. Responsibilities and achievements include:

• Continuous Risk Management - Ensuring Suppliers are overseen correctly inline with their Materiality to Aviva Investors, utilising systems and MI to achieve this along with evidence from stakeholders. Monthly meetings with the Chief Operating Officer to drive performance.

• ESG Integration -Introduction of ESG Risk monitoring along with CSR Collaboration in an effort to consider ESG within our Supply Chain and help meet Aviva/Aviva Investors Net Zero Supply Chain goal by 2030.

• Collaboration - Working with a wide variety of stakeholders across the Aviva and Aviva Investors businesses, driving best practices and a 'One Aviva' approach to solutions. Learning key stakeholder management skills and gaining exposure to a wide variety of teams.

• Education - Both myself and others, continuous learning within the day to day of the role and through formal means gaining qualifications such as the IMC and Certificate in ESG Investing. Presenting to large numbers of individuals around the role of Supplier Governance and best practice in their own oversight.

• Control Environment - Maintaining a strong Control Environment on behalf of the team, performing timely control testing within iCare and driving completion of QA within Framework oversight tasks.

Supplier Sustainability & Governance Manager

Drive and Promote D, E & I across Aviva Investors with a focus on LGBTQ+ representation. Responsibilities and achievements include:

• Increasing business understanding of LGBTQ+ Topics and Issues through education, outreach & events.

• Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders within the business with a drive to increase representation in historically under represented areas.

• Gain a further understanding of other areas of D, E & I through increased intersectionality and event participation.

• Plan & Host a successful event focussing on 'Pride in Investment Management' with over 130 guests in attendance, along with other industry speakers.

• Named one of LGBT Great's Top 50 Gamechangers for 2023, recognising work within D, E & I along with achievements professionally with a specific focus on Financial Services.

• Formal and ad-hoc reverse mentoring with various senior stakeholders within the business, increasing understanding of community challenges & issues along with positive impacts/developments.

• Charity fundraising and volunteering for a mixture of LGBTQ+ & other causes.

Supplier Governance Analyst

• Production Planning - Transformation of Molded Cosmetics into a top performing VS within the Consumer Beauty division. I am a confident SAP user, using both this and OMP to perform daily duties.

• Supplier Relations - Actively maintain the day to day relationship with a large variety of international companies and ensure smooth material supply.

• Training - As E2Open key user, I have held training sessions with both colleagues and companies with the aim of increasing aptitude and use of the system. Similarly, I have held supporting sessions around SAP use and onboarded several new starters, ensuring they have the necessary skills within SAP to perform their role.

• Purchasing - Hold discussions with suppliers and internal teams to maintain smooth supply of components for my individual value streams while reducing VAR and ensuring key KPI's are met.

• Daily Risk Analysis - Identify any upcoming risk due to a variety of reasons such as forecast volatility or supply issues. Present this data in concise manner to upper management and support in overall risk reduction by working across teams.

Site Integrated Planner

The role held similar responsibilities to the Site Integrated Planner role, but focussed solely on ensuring the supply of goods for production.

As a Material Supply Planner I operated within a high stakes and fast paced 'Just in Time' supply chain and ensured two value streams had sufficient component supply to maintain their own KPI's and had to operate within the boundaries expected by the business.
