As an email marketer for Greenix Pest Control, I created and managed email marketing campaigns that helped increase revenue, build customer loyalty, and reactivate past customers. I collaborated with executive-level management to provide email analytics, creative reports, and better insights for marketing growth.

As Marketing Manager, I was accountable for creating, executing, and managing several parts of marketing operations. I developed over 45 automated email marketing campaigns which involved finding new customers, nurturing current leads, and keeping current customers satisfied in the company's online platform, iAchieveToday. As part of my email marketing responsibilities, I wrote copy for over 300 different emails and more than 20 different landing pages.

Another key aspect of my position included the managing of content and marketing strategy on different social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. I created content and developed strategies that resulted in gaining over 20K followers.

I was also the leading expert in Infusionsoft, an industry leading CRM and marketing automation platform, which included dealing with any problems that arose from the customer support team and current customers. I worked with executive level management to develop new strategy and make data-driven decisions.

This job brought new challenges every day which allowed me to grow in amazing ways.
