Re-designed a 16-week Men's Behaviour Change group program. Key achievements included:
- Conducted a thorough review of existing procedures through collaboration with internal stakeholders. 
- Audited and updated intake and assessment procedures to reduce organisational and family risk. 
- Created 16 session plans for delivery by Facilitators across Queensland.
- Incorporated recent internal and public research to improve client retention, outcomes, and family safety.
- Made significant improvements to equity of access for CALD and First Nations clients. 
- Assisted in the rollout and adoption of the new processes across all levels of the organisation.
