As the Director of People at Strata Creative Communications Ltd, I am responsible for ensuring the ongoing development of our teams, as well as the recruitment and retention of the very best people in the industry. I also oversee the sustainability function of the business and how we communicate our sustainability goals and success stories. In my current role, I sit on the board of directors and work across the business to ensure that we live our company principles, we support and nurture talent, and we continue to cultivate our already great culture. As a growing business, I also manage the process of change and how it affects the people, as well as defining and honing our people and HR processes.
