As Blends Director of People, I am responsible for the continued development and maintenance of our culture, during our continued growth and through the challenges we face with a remote workforce. 
I am also responsible for the development, retention, and acquisition of our people, and ensuring that we have a consistent and accurate employer brand that showcases what it is like to work for Blend. 
I am responsible for creating new and effective process and value-based initiatives that allow us to continue to scale and grow in a way where people are our number one priority, and we are able to highlight this by giving all of our people a strong platform for growth and development within an ethical and aspiringly diverse work environment.

The Marketing Practice

As our Talent and Development Partner, I help to facilitate the delivery of our people vision; supporting the business model, developing our rising stars and identifying a talent pipeline for the future within the world of Enterprise Tech B2B Marketing. I play a lead role in the creation of an inclusive talent strategy to ensure we find, grow and retain high performing teams as well as delivering international training and development workshops.  Having global responsibilities for centrally managing one of our core programmes, my role incorporates development of world class teams and finding the best in future talent for TMP.
