Hosting F1, football and huge shows for the BBC, Channel 4, ITV and BT Sport. I’m a Sunday Times bestselling author, and an investor in several innovative and sustainable businesses including Coral Eyewear, Mission Tea and Ski Yodl. I am passionate about sharing the insights and lessons from the best on becoming your best, and empowering others to achieve their full potential.
