Managed and mentored a team of 6 student leaders to reach all the students in a determined region of campus. Conducted weekly meetings with each student individually and as a group to strategize and train.
   -Initiated conversations with over 500 students in the first two weeks of the school year.
   -Led a team of students to host meetings of over 100 people in attendance each week
   -Utilized strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students to understand their needs
   -Acquired an understanding of new and different tools to connect with students and then trained many others in said tools.

Gathered a team of partners who gave financially to our ministry for us to work on campus
-Explained the vision of Cru in individual meetings with potential partners. 
-Persevered in making phone calls and email initiations to set up support appointments.
-Managed MPDX to maintain partner relationships and expand our financial partner team.
