I worked at wtw (formerly Towers Watson) months after graduating from Vanderbilt University. I was fortunate to join a small advisory group within the large actuarial firm that operated like a family - tough love, support, and growth in everything we did together. I left for Deloitte as my business unit was acquired by KPMG. At TW, I was promoted within six months on the job, and served on the firm's highest leverage accounts, including Salesforce.com and Bristol Myers Squibb.
