I am the owner and director of DIVERSIuniTY, a consultancy that offers workshops and advice on culture and cultural intelligence, covering topics such as gender, sexuality, ethnicity, race, ability, and nationality. I am also a host of a podcast that explores the challenges and opportunities of diversity in academia and beyond. I hold a Master of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Aarhus University and is an EARMA certified research manager.
