Maintenance Manager

- Managing a total team of 21 responsible for OpEx & CapEx budgets, maintenance strategy, production electrical services supports, spare parts management as well as spare parts localization to achieve company goals through IWS implementation as PM Pillar Lead (Progressive Maintenance Pillar) and develop clear KPI in overall scope to make team capable to achieve/deliver high performance (OEE/MTBF), reduce maintenance and breakdown cost and optimum spare parts inventory. 

- Drive new machinery and equipment installation, commissioning, ramp-up, test-run, and handover to the Production team.

Production Engineering and Project Manager

- Deliver performance targets and KPIs like Volume, OEE, Quality, Waste reduction
- Lead Shift Team through the LEAN manufacturing methodology named Integrated Work Systems (IWS) way of working.
- Evaluate the performance of all the production crews, identifying strengths and weaknesses and providing constructive feedback. 
- Properly document and escalate all significant incidents/events during the shift including but not limited to people issues, EH&S incidents, material issues, spare part problems, equipment breakdowns, and utility issues.

- In charge of research and development, designing, and executing new automation projects from Electrical Panel Design to Programming and prepared related documentation, such as electrical plan, part list, and manual.
