Years of work in the field of services since 2004 until now have given me the opportunity to get to know the importance of focusing on the technology and information systems and their role in facilitating business performance to provide better and more efficient services for customers, as well as the role of highly qualified & trained personnel which is closely associated to business success, I have experienced working in the field of technology and information systems mainly in Business Analysis, IS analysis and design and also in how to align the capabilities of info systems with the requirements and processes of the business to achieve the goals of the organization as a whole, and that includes systems and applications related to the fields of Logistics and Telecommunications services, I also worked in the field of training of staff, on the level of how to use applications and also on soft skills training, also I have experience in other areas such as entrepreneurship and advisory support like business plan writing for small businesses and I am currently working on establishing a freelance consulting business specialized in information systems, training and data analysis for small and medium-sized companies.
