My role is a cross-functional one, in an impact-driven education startup that designs and executes curriculums, Project You. Currently, I spearhead Project You Communities, the vertical of the organisation dedicated to bringing together a robust ecosystem of programmes, places and people who, like us, want to revolutionise education. Before that, I lead the conceptualisation, development and management of a cutting edge Learner progression and assessment platform (Leap Digital Platform). I ensured robust cross-collaboration between programme, operations, marketing and leadership teams to meet and exceed learners' expectations and engagement. Learning, growth, and impact. These are three non-negotiable elements of my professional life.
