The firm was founded by former partners from KPMG to provide risk advisory, management consulting and transactions advisory services to clients in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and India. As a Director, my role concentrated on;    
•	Provided M&A advisory services to middle market companies in various industries across the UAE
•	Originated, executed and closed buy-side healthcare transaction of Dubai based Manchester Clinic to LSE listed Al Noor Hospital (ANH:LN)
•	Completed detailed valuation of a pharmaceutical distribution company for an Abu Dhabi based family office buy-side mandate
•	Developed pipeline of multiple health care clinics, security, pharma distribution, schools and industrial firms in various stages of completion
•	Retained sell-side and buy-side mandates of middle market companies in financial services, healthcare, hospitality, F&B, and industrials 
•	Sourced and provided guidance on investment banking transactions and advise clients on strategic alternatives and capital formation
•	Performed client valuation exercise, wrote information memorandum, created investment teaser, developed potential investor target list, socialized the transaction to the targeted potential investor pool
•	Acted as the principal point of contact for all stakeholders in negotiating, structuring, and closing transactions
•	Developed a strong network of UAE based family groups, offices, professional advisors and middle market firms
•	Lead negotiations with potential partners including, but not limited to investment/sale and purchase agreements resulting in additional M&A mandates, valuation and internal audit projects  
•	Established and nurtured relationships with investors and industry leaders to ensure the development of a long term pipeline of potential investment, acquisition and joint venture opportunities

The firm was founded by former professionals from a leading Dubai based PE group to advise and invest in middle market companies in the UAE and Qatar. My role was to identify and originate suitable M&A mandates, assist in building a brand and working with the partners on developing the firm’s human capital and establishing a footprint in Doha.   
•	Originated and executed transactions in various industries across the GCC in logistics and industrials 
•	Originated and executed logistics company mandate as sole advisor on AED30M debt placement and valuation 
•	Co-Sourced AED170M basic industrials company for sell side advisory mandate
•	Sourced AED300M capital raise for US based pharmaceutical firm seeking expansion in the UAE
•	Managed a team of three professionals that assisted in project execution and deal completion
•	Led Doha office build out and established the firm’s presence by developing potential clients and investors
•	Collaborated with a leading finance company to develop a business plan for a AED36M auto financing project 
•	Assisted in developing the policies and procedures focusing on operational and control related responsibilities

•	Performed financial and benchmarking analysis to evaluate dealer performance against peers
•	Performed valuation analysis of dealers looking to exit the business and suggested and arranged potential buyers    
•	Co-created the business implementation strategy to launch the Maserati brand in North America

•	Provided M&A advisory services to middle market companies (US$5–200M) across various industries in the USA and Canada
•	Completed numerous valuations and ran several sale-side mandates as a sector agnostic generalist 
•	Performed client valuation exercise, presented to investment committee, wrote information memorandum, created investment teaser, developed potential investor target list, socialized the transaction resulting in auction environment, managed the potential investor pool
•	Acted as the principal point of contact for all stakeholders in negotiating, structuring, and closing transactions

•	Originated US$7M mandate for ownership transition for Brembo North America for Italian corporate parent
•	Achieved the highest volume and generated highest revenue for the group by orchestrating sale of six companies in one year including a significant break-up fee for a petroleum services client

•	Performed credit analysis of the firm’s financials and debt capacity
