Overview
Working within the Digital Access Lab to deliver critical initiatives across the bank for customers and colleagues while creating a self- sufficient high performing productive team using the Agile framework. 

Core Responsibilities
•	Support and lead the team to adopt Agile ways of working, whilst continuing to achieve sprint goals and managing several stakeholders from various business areas
•	Mentoring and coaching a cross functional Scrum team (Developers, Solution Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts, SMEs & Product Owners) 
•	Coordinate and guide the team to create the PI (Product Increment) plan and produce clearly defined Sprint goals for the team to deliver within the sprint cycles of the PI
•	Facilitate and coordinate team matrices to track progress, morale, happiness, velocity, external dependencies and sprint goals
•	Working alongside and managing several external teams to deliver multiple initiatives across the bank
•	Facilitation of various Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Sprint Planning, user story workshops, and stakeholder Gallery walks
•	Removal of impediments as needed to meet the sprint goals and increase the team’s productivity and velocity
•	Working with senior stakeholders to get buy-in for the new Agile ways of working
•	Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, issues and dependencies for the project 
•	Work with Product Owner and team to shape the Product Backlog
•	Working with end users of this product to achieve a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) release that meets their needs 
•	Work with the delivery team to improve ways of working and engineering practices to support the Agile operating model and to improve the sprint burndown velocity
•	Provide team updates at lab Scrum of Scrum sessions and contribute at chapter sessions to continually improve and develop agile delivery across all teams within the lab. 
•	Work with multi-location teams (On-site, Off-site and Off-shore)

Overview
Working on multi-million pound offshore renewable projects and power links.  Overall accountability for the project’s successful delivery.  Central escalation point for all parties.

Core Responsibilities
•	Manage a collective of teams in order to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of £10M-£75M projects
•	Closely monitor project budget, identify over spend and cost savings, deliver agreed objectives to meet payment milestones, compile financial updates for senior management team as required
•	Oversee the purchase or lease of items required for the project eg vessels, burial equipment
•	Create and issue RFQs before selecting the appropriate subcontractors within agreed budget  
•	Design and complete a project risk management document and develop mitigation strategies
•	Forecast manning/resource requirements, providing onshore and offshore personnel at key times across the project life cycle 
•	Create and implement a comprehensive project plan incorporating key dates, liquidating damages, lead times and any additional information pertinent to the project or of importance to stakeholders
•	Review contract requirements and key deliverables to manage the client’s expectations and deliver a successful project 
•	Work closely with the suppliers/manufacturers to ensure that production is on schedule and that all tests have been completed successfully before loading cable/equipment
•	Manage the coordination and delivery of vessel modifications/engineering works within project budget and agreed time scales 
•	Liaise with local and international authorities
•	Bid Manager for prospective contracts

Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe practitioner and  Prince2 Project Manager. Focussed on coaching teams to have a comprehensive understanding of Agile delivery in order to increase quality, velocity and improvement across team metrics. Excellent communicator working alongside stakeholders, Product Owners and software teams to implement Agile transformation and improve delivery. Experienced in integrating new services with legacy systems and architecture, drawing on the technical expertise of teams to release a minimum viable product.
