In my role, I drive growth, engagement, and experiences across Wisr's range of financial products and services. I lead high-performing strategic and operational teams including business development, customer experience, marketing, media, and investor relations.

- Delivered successful campaigns for clients including Lion Nathan, Coca Cola, Woolworths, Carnival Cruises and Toyota

Co-founder of the first Australian ride-sharing application. 
Part of a team of four who planned, developed and launched the application into the Australian market.
Due to the uncertainty surrounding ride-sharing regulation at the time, Backseat was unable to secure ongoing funding.

James has years of experience building brands, improving customer experience, and delivering growth. That experience spans challenger brands like Virgin Mobile and Bankwest, building start-ups through to working with the likes of AMEX and ING. It also led him to Wisr.

There’s never been a better time to be a challenger brand in finance. That’s quite exciting for James.
