We Brought Beer

- Founded We Brought Beer, a specialist beer retailer in 2014 on a mission to bring great beer to as many people as possible and celebrate beer in all it's forms.
- Grew WBB to 3 stores in 2 years before merging with another retailer to create group with 6 stores across two brands.
- Since we started we have won several awards, amongst them, Best UK Beer Retailer twice and Wandsworth's Best Indepenent Retailer twice.
- Successfully raised equity funds via Crowdcube in 2018.
- I manage all non-retail aspects of the business including strategy, finance, marketing, operations, HR & recruitment.
- I occasionally even make it to the shop floor to chat beer with customers!

Bloody Ben's was born in the kitchens of Ben's Canteen. The brand makes a bloody mary mix and small batch gin.

I have been an advisor to the founder since January 2019, offering strategic advice on branding, new product development and routes to market, drawing on my commercial experience from innocent & BrewDog.

I was responsible for finding & securing new bar sites for BrewDog's fast growing bar division. I reported directly into the co-founder and MD and managed the process from site selection through to fit out, including lease negotiation and licensing.

Worked in the commercial team at innocent for two years, focused on the leisure sector within the out of home team. Became slightly obsessed with smoothies & soft drinks. Visited lots of UK theme parks (as part of the role!).
