Having started as a business development intern in July 2019 I have recently been promoted to business development associate in August 2020. 

-Currently, I'm working on expanding the internal team from a small group of 5 to over 40 employees. It's my responsibility to oversee the recruitment of these employees to help expand the UK market as Pro Prep successfully grows its market share. 

-Directly responsible for expanding the product within the market from a small, yet select group of universities to forming partnerships with over 30 different universities within the UK. 

- Working directly with the CEO and the head of the UK to help enter the UK market. Day to day tasks involve marketing and selling the product to various universities, students and business associated with students. Also have been involved in closing deals, negotiating and after-sales service.

My role involves fostering strategic collaborations, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth for businesses. I excel at identifying creative solutions to meet clients' diverse needs, ensuring they leverage CharterSync's technology to its full potential.
