Responsible for early digital transformation including implementation of fundamentals such as search marketing strategy and adserving technology for automation. Complete team restructure then inspiring team of 13 across 2 offices that supported local network of 84 markets.

Global Digital Director (Hyundai Kia Motors)

Reinvigorated planning processes to empower planners and deliver insight & data-led strategies to clients that delivered results. Working internationally with Panasonic and UK domestic market with a broad range of clients from WHSmiths to Barclays Bank. Agency focus was direct marketing in a digital world, so a big focuss on e-commerce and optimisation of consumer journeys to drive ROI.

My role here was to deliver strategies that delivered results for clients and helped them innovate in their digital media channels. One example; delivering a first for Barnardos (childrens’ charity) that won awards for innovation with video formats on the Guardian.

Digital Strategist

I managed the largest account in the agency (banking) and drove massive growth by proving that online channels were outperforming their traditional TV route to market. A founding member of the management team in 2005 which helped form the future of the young agency. Also worked across a portfolio of FMCG brands like Dairy Crest, Asahi & WKD. 
In the early days I did the ad trafficking, buying, finance, desk moving and anything else that was required at a startup.
