I have worked as a script writer and playwright for a variety of theatres, and theatre companies, with particular emphasis on community and education based theatre in the Greater Manchester area.

My portfolio also includes theatre and stories which have been created for, or in partnership with, local authorities, emergency services and cultural organisations; specifically Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council, Greater Manchester Police and Tameside Portland Basin museum.

Grew the B2B content team and line managed 3 x content writers. 

Project managed a refresh and redesign of key BridgeU brand assets, including a new flagship company brochure.  Supervised brand and content strategy for a website redesign and oversaw the creation of new website content and changes to site architecture.

I also represented the company at conferences and university partner workshops, presenting key BridgeU research and insights.

- Building relationships and links with bloggers and influencers in relevant industries. 
- Knowledge of a variety of content management systems, including Wordpress & Magento, as well as a range of outreach and SEO tools such as AH Refs, SEM Rush, Text Tools, Buzzsumo and Buzzstream. 
- Using competitor link analysis, semantic analysis and keyword mapping, I have made recommendations both to my SEO Account Manager, and specific clients, on the direction and strategy of their SEO campaigns where appropriate.

Working in a freelance capacity, I offer script reading support to the BBC Writersroom department on a project-by-project basis. 

Responsibilities include: 

- Writing script reports for line producers, development producers and department heads across television, radio and online media.

I worked as a writer of Interactive simulations, liaising with other members of a creative team to design training simulations, for sale to Imparta clients. Responsibilities include designing characters and scenarios, with an emphasis on learning points for prospective players.

Responsibilities included opening and sorting mail, distributing and processing financial documents, including business proposals, student loan applications and pension documents.

Working within the ISA department of Lloyds Banking Group, I was responsible for processing ISA documents for customers transferring their savings accounts out of the business. 
Responsibilities included: 
- Processing a high volume of customer documents in a timely and efficient manner. 
- Working to meet business deadlines. 
- Observing data protection regulations at all times.
