- Building relationships and links with bloggers and influencers in relevant industries. 
- Knowledge of a variety of content management systems, including Wordpress & Magento, as well as a range of outreach and SEO tools such as AH Refs, SEM Rush, Text Tools, Buzzsumo and Buzzstream. 
- Using competitor link analysis, semantic analysis and keyword mapping, I have made recommendations both to my SEO Account Manager, and specific clients, on the direction and strategy of their SEO campaigns where appropriate.

Responsibilities included opening and sorting mail, distributing and processing financial documents, including business proposals, student loan applications and pension documents.

Working within the ISA department of Lloyds Banking Group, I was responsible for processing ISA documents for customers transferring their savings accounts out of the business. 
Responsibilities included: 
- Processing a high volume of customer documents in a timely and efficient manner. 
- Working to meet business deadlines. 
- Observing data protection regulations at all times.
