Plan and prioritise online and magazine sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims.

Plan daily, weekly, and periodic route plans/service schedules to achieve KPI’s, and maximise business efficiency.

Carry out daily de-briefings to identify issues and opportunities to be addressed, recognise achievements, and feedback progress against targets.

Hold periodic staff 121’s and annual performance appraisals, maintaining adequate records and addressing or escalating issues as necessary.

Monitor staff absence, ensuring that correct procedures are followed, health issues are addressed, and high levels of absence are identified, addressed or escalated as appropriate.

Organise, alongside the Training Dept, structured induction training for all new starters. Make sure that staff are appropriately trained to a competent level prior to carrying out duties unsupervised.
