I am an experienced product designer with over 20 years experience working with senior/VP level stakeholders across multiple domains including Financial Services, Telecommunications, FMCG, Energy, Public sector and Publishing delivering mobile apps, web apps, and pretty much every activity in website and offline design processes. Most recently I have focused on disruptive digital solutions, UX and interaction design and implementing design and UX processes into Agile teams (Iterative, Scrum, Lean UX and Kanban approaches). I have managed multiple teams and through close working with delivery leads often manage multiple client projects consecutively. In addition to this I’ve taken an active role in mentoring more junior colleagues with their conceptualising and design work as well as their client facing skills.
