I have successfully launched and developed innovative products and services, such as Emirates SkyCargo's direct-to-consumer offering and Boston Warwick's customer-centric consultancy model. I have also managed and implemented complex and high-impact projects, such as Swissport Europe's ground handling convergence and Avcair's strategic aircraft charter program.
