Laybuy (listed ASX:LBY) is a multinational digital payments platform offering Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services for ecommerce and in-store retail. Integrated into most major platforms Laybuy provides a way to reduce friction at checkout, increasing sales volume.

As COO, my responsibilities covered regulatory, finance and product across multiple jurisdictions, raising debt/equity and delivering on company strategy. This included the Pre-IPO and IPO process (including the company prospectus and regulatory due diligence signoff) when listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).

With a total of 20+ years in financial services, banking and financial technology, I am trusted, resourceful and data-driven, and someone who challenges pre-existing assumptions and looks for alternative ways to solve problems. I have been in and excelled in high variability environments with complex product and regulatory challenges and focus on delivery. 

I am interested in emerging tech, self custody and digital assets, and how this can be used to improve real world experiences. I lean towards action rather than talk and love spinning up a mvp.
