Started in the Industry in 1979 in the Messaging Service Industry working with Western Union International, RCA Global Communications, ITT Worldcom and TRT, handling Fortune 100 to 500 Corporate Clients throughout the State of Florida Assisted in Developing one of the first Text to Fax Applications in the Travel / Cruise Line Industry. Was able to successsfully migrate over to the LD Voice & Data Services with the emerging LD Telecom Carriers in the late 1980's. Also have developed the following Account Support and Retention skills using my extensive Telecom Industry experience and knowledge, and an understanding of my Client's specific Telecom needs and requirements: Consultative Sales Telecom Billing resolution expertise Project Management of Accounts Telecom Services Exceptional Customer Retention Skills Contract Negotiations Solutions Selling based on my Client's specific Induastry Telecom needs and requirements Ability to bring in a "Team" to best utilize my Resources Develop viable and applicable Data Network Solutions Specialties: Carrier/Wholesale Sales Manager at Texcom USA, Chilean PTT, with Team of 4 Account Managers, we were responsible for increasing the Terminating Minutes to over 4 Million Int'l Minutes during my tenure there. Global Account Manager with Telecom Italia's US Company, Telemedia Int'l,set up and manage their Miami Branch Office. Co-Owner and President of ITCI Services, Inc., where we Contracted with Orbitel, a major PTT in Colombia, and also obtained 214 License allowing us to provide Int'l Services.
