As an introduction to Hong Kong I worked in the food and beverage industry to market a number of well known outlets across Hong Kong Island. My role was based at Oriental Press Group (OPG).

During my tenure, I managed events, websites, campaigns, media and influencers with the assistance of two direct reports.

The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital - June 2016 to August 2016

For this temporary role I worked as a Communications Officer with a focus on site redevelopment communications. 

Responsibilities included:

 * Updating patient letters and way-finding maps

The Burnet Institute - February 2016 to June 2016

For this temporary role, I worked as a Communications Officer assisting the Deputy Head, Public Affairs and Communications whilst recruitment was underway for a permanent candidate. Responsibilities included:

* Coordination of the annual report
* Social media updates (Facebook, Twitter etc.) 
* Website administration and content creation

Marketing Contractor

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Australia

Contract role managing the operational improvement initiatives of Sales, Marketing and Dealer Development functions within the organisation.


* Project lead for the customer satisfaction (NPS) overhaul program with brandXP (the Australasian supplier to InMoment technology):
- Scoping requirements from business units and coordinating the tender process
- Liaising with FCA US and APAC Head Offices for best practice
- Obtaining tender sign off from department heads, legal and CEO
- Implementing project timelines, obtaining approvals from relevant departments and external stakeholders on tasks responsible to them
- Development of a Customer Satisfaction Manual for the dealer network detailing policies, procedures, training and communication guides to ensure business goals of FCA Australia are met

 * Joint management of FCA Australia's intranet/extranet 'The Glovebox':
- Managing help desk requests from departments, ensuring problems are identified and resolved - Developing briefs for business units to enhance processes through a digital presence
- Project lead for the redesign of The Glovebox researching best practice on intranet platforms
* Other responsibilities:
- Project lead for the implementation of a Digital Asset Management tool for the dealer network - Development of training materials for the dealer network
- Monitoring of third party websites to ensure advertising is compliant with internal policies
- Development of company policies and procedures
- Approving advertising artwork sent from dealers
- Generating reports for the Aftersales incentives program
- Development of the CRM supplier brief scoping business needs with individual business units
- Coordination of internal events and regional meetings

Operations Business Analyst - Sales and Marketing

RSPCA Victoria

For this 18-month contract role, I developed and implemented internal and external communications for this amazing project. 

Responsibilities included:
* Developing and implementing a communications plan for internal and external stakeholders to reduce impact to RSPCA's services during the reconstruction of Burwood East's Animal Care Centre
* Developing and implementing a marketing communications plan for the opening and continual growth of Burwood East's Animal Care Centre
* Developing and implementing a re-branding marketing plan for RSPCA's grooming service, Pet Parlour
* Developing a communications plan for RSPCA's retail concept, Pets Place
* Coordination of the visual merchandising strategy for Burwood East with Melbourne based multi-disciplinary design studio MAAM
* Administration and management of website and intranet content
* Management of eDMs and mail-outs to internal and external stakeholders
* Site signage - development and installation
* Management of the fortnightly site redevelopment newsletter
* Development of briefs for in-house graphic designers and creative agencies
* Coordination of Australian supermodel Jessica Hart's fundraising initiative for the RSPCA, raising funds for the organisation from the profits of her clothing line, Neon Hart

CK Jeanswear Australia Pty. Limited was a subsidiary company of PVH Corp, which wholesaled and retailed Calvin Klein Jeans and jeanswear related apparel across Australia. 

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, I worked on a casual basis beyond my existing sales role to rejuvenate the Calvin Klein Jeans brand with season launch events, store openings and the implementation of a CRM system to Calvin Klein Jeans stores. 

In my sales role, I was ranked as the number one top seller in the country for two years.
