Leveraging over 25 years of strategic and operational management experience in service-based industries including financial services, energy markets, food and agriculture, I help boards, executives and owners prepare strategic growth plans, navigate mergers / acquisitions and exits and build the management and governance frameworks to reduce risk and enhance shareholder value. As Treasurer for Southern Angels (a leading Angel investment group) until early 2024, I have a deep understanding of the Australian start-up ecosystem. I sit on a number of Advisory boards and am Secretary of a football club that participates in Division 1 of the Adelaide Football League. My corporate experience includes two decades in executive roles, as well as significant management consulting experience for numerous family businesses, not-for-profits and Private Equity firms. My practical experience is supported by a range of qualifications including an MBA and qualifications in Project Management, Management and Financial Markets.
