Leveraging over 25 years of strategic and operational management experience in service-based industries including financial services, energy markets, food and agriculture, I help boards, executives and owners prepare strategic growth plans, navigate mergers / acquisitions and exits and build the management and governance frameworks to reduce risk and enhance shareholder value.
