I am a Director and Co-Owner of KeyMoves. We are a specialist Accounting, Tax and Advisory recruitment firm based in Melbourne, recruiting roles across Australia. I recruit for the following positions: Consultant/Accountant to Partner (Professional Services Accounting firms) Analyst/Accountant to Head of Tax/CFO (Commerce & Industry) Junior Tax Lawyer to Tax Partner (Law firms) Prior to this I have worked in specialist accounting, tax & finance recruitment businesses in the UK and Australia including a market leading specialist tax recruitment agency and international boutique search firm. Clients I have worked with include Big 4, Mid-tier and boutique accountancy firms as well as Top-Tier and Mid-Tier law firms. Additionally I have recruited various tax and finance roles with large corporate clients including privately owned and publicly listed entities. Prior to this I served 7 years with HM Royal Marines. During this time I completed two full deployments in Afghanistan (Operation HERRICK 5 and Operation HERRICK 9), one being employed as second-in-command of an eight man section. In addition to this I also completed two ship deployments.
