PetalMD's platform saves doctors time by making it easier for them to manage their schedules, communication, collaboration, and billing.  I led the design and managed the development and deployment of PetalMD's Social Learning System - a product that was adopted by thousands of doctors.

-Used design thinking methods to design and implement new features that enabled consistent increases in engagement over a 12 month period.
-Cleaned and analyzed log data to uncover opportunities for new features.
-Defined and monitored KPIs to enable continuous improvements to the user experience and engagement.
