I've always had a passion for helping others. Starting my career in an education consultancy, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to help young people develop employable skills and gain the confidence to enter the world of work. Now, working for Global People Advisory firm Korn Ferry, I help build market-leading assessment and development initiatives for leading global businesses. This work allows me to help individuals at all stages of their careers; from those starting out to those leading the way at the top of the house. Whilst the work we deliver at Korn Ferry spans across all aspects of HR and People strategy, I focus my efforts into the following areas: Assessment and Succession - Using assessment to generate insights that add value to the business and help people and organizations understand themselves better. Leadership Development - Helping people understand their true value, to bring the best of themselves to work and to fulfill their maximum potential. Global Project Management - Balancing structure and simplicity to build projects that deliver results whilst minimizing bureaucracy.
