I am responsible for leading the account team at Dell Technologies for a range of public sector customers across London. My job is simply a case of marrying the right Dell solution to meet the needs of the customer's challenges. Sometimes that requires collaboration to help the customer identify their actual challenges, rather than just the symptoms.

In the past 12 months I have:

➡ Supported councils to deliver on their desired multi-cloud strategies

Public Sector Account Executive

Responsible for helping public sector organisations, from schools to housing associations to NHS trusts embrace the use of the right technology to meet their own unique challenges. Working in collaboration with the industry-leading team of experts across the Dell Technologies family and a raft of trusted channel partners, I seek to enable organisations to find the perfect solutions to their most pressing needs.

Business Development Manager, UK Public Sector

In this role I support the Vice President, the Sales Leadership Team and the business as a whole to ensure that new and existing initiatives are effectively managed and delivered. I liaise with supporting functions (Marketing, Finance, HR etc.) to prioritise, select and implement strategies aligned to our business. These strategies include: OpEx management, communications planning, sales training, tools & processes enablement, market & prospect identification and all aspects of internal governance. 
Recent notable successes in this role include: 
•	Maintaining an industry-leading customer satisfaction score
•	Supporting an ever-growing sales organisation, that doubled in size in 12 months
•	Planning and executing successful sales training curriculum
•	Conception, design and roll out of a number of sales-optimisation tools

Sales Strategy & Enablement

Responsible for driving revenue recognition for EMEA Infrastructure Consulting business, supporting the Finance controller and individual country leadership teams to meet outlooks by:
•	Leading weekly finance and operational reviews with country managers to solicit risks, issues and opportunities affecting committed outlooks
•	Coordinating off-shore business analysis team, providing data and information on all aspects of revenue, cost ad compliance
•	Conducted comprehensive review of reporting and actively reduced duplication and redundancy, resulting a widely heralded consolidated weekly reporting pack for key stakeholders
•	Utilising a  thorough understanding of As-Sold and GAAP practices as well as general business acumen
•	Leading preparations various compliance audits e.g.(ISO and internal quality controls)

Finance Operations Lead

Manage the portfolio of IT services across the EMEA geographies, focussing on present and future state road-mapping and developing new go to market routes. Key interface between product development, marketing, sales and operations team. Also instrumental in defining region-specific requirements for solutions in development phase.
I have also had success in creating and executing tactical account plays  to drive specific services.

Services Strategy & Capability Development

I currently support the International Healthcare Management Team, specialising in reporting, market analysis and business strategy planning. In addition to these responsibilties I also oversee the internal SharePoint sites and currently leading the migration from MOSS 2003 to MOSS 2008.

As a Public Sector Account Executive at Dell Technologies, I lead a virtual team whose sole mission is to support Local Government customers across London. My approach is to be and remain curious. I will challenge organisations to review the status quo and provide informed insights in to alternate ways of working.

My core competencies include identifying customer needs, collaborating with experts and partners, and delivering the right technology solutions to achieve their desired outcomes. My mission is to share my insights and best practices with customers and partners, wherever they are on their digital journeys, and to help them shape and execute their IT and business strategies.
